It was really disheartening when gamers in the UK who thought they bought a PlayStation 5 received its box without the actual console. Rather, the boxes were filled with foot massagers and pet foods which lead to an immediate investigation from the company.
Most of the gamers had to confront the company in order to get a refund or get the actual game delivered to them. Some had to get their issues escalated and had to ask the company to confirm that they’re getting a PS5 once new stocks arrive. The company has a lot of questions to answer because it’s really surprising how such a thing could happen on launch day.
