Miscarriage is the extirpation of pregnancy which happens spontaneously due to fetus loss before the pregnancy is 4 months and 2 weeks old. I know you are used to seeing instant bleeding when a Complete Miscarriage occurs but it isn’t in all cases. The Missed type is a silent kind which doesn’t give any sign of pregnancy termination of any kind. The embryo inside your body is dead but you haven’t expelled it. This type can’t be discovered until you go for an ultrasound test which will then indicate that the loss of fetal heart beat. There are other types of miscarriages also which include:
