The dark mode is also known as “Night Mode” is good for the eyes because you get to control the amount of light entering your eyes. If we were to calculate the amount of light entering our eyes every day from the sun, light bulbs, and screens you find out it damages the eye to an extent. Now with the night mode, you can use Facebook during the day like it was night.

The dark mode is a very simple feature to get. It functions on both Android and iOS. All you need to do is to download the latest version of Facebook into your device and you can activate it. To do so, just go to your Play Store or Apple Store and update to the latest version if you haven’t already.

- Log into your Facebook account.
- At the top right of your page, you’ll find the icon with three straight lines.
- Click on it.
- There you’ll “Night Mode”.
- Click on it and it would automatically convert your Facebook to black
