Exhale is an emotional wellness application created especially by BIWOC for BIWOC. Here you will find meditations, guided tours, breathing, reading, and affirmations. The topics were compiled concerning the BIWOC community, with topics including incarnation, microaggression,
psychotherapy, ascension, and more. Some features are free or you can upgrade to an optional paid subscription.

If you need a daily reminder to knock and meditate, Mindfulness will do it for you. You can set reminders depending on the time and place to make sure you take a few minutes of presence each day.
